Friendly Captcha checks whether entries on the website are made by a human or by automated programmes. For this purpose, technical information may be processed, for example information about the request, the browser used and the end device. Friendly Captcha provides, according to its own information, a privacy-friendly and accessible alternative to conventional CAPTCHA procedures and offers an EU endpoint in order to avoid transfers of personal data to countries outside the European Union.

Friendly Captcha is used on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in protecting this website from spam, abusive automated use and attacks on the technical infrastructure.

We have concluded a data processing agreement with Friendly Captcha, where this is required for the service used.

10. SSL or TLS Encryption
