Seit 2016 bin ich Trainer, Coach und Berater für Forschungsmanagement. Ich habe in Großbritannien in physikalischer Chemie promoviert und besitze über mehr als 10 Jahre internationale Forschungserfahrung als Wissenschaftler. Außerdem verfüge ich über mehr als 12 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Forschungsmanager und leitender Angestellter in der Forschungsverwaltung im deutschen Wissenschaftssystem.
In Führungspositionen an der Ruhr-Universität Bochum (2002-2011) und der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München (2011-2015) habe ich sowohl Wissenschaftler:innen als auch Hochschulleitungen unterstützt und beraten. Meine beruflichen Schwerpunkte liegen in den Bereichen Forschungsstrategie, nationale und internationale Forschungsförderung, Wissens- und Technologietransfer sowie Förderung des wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchses.
